Medication Refills
Prescription or refill requests are taken during office hours:
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 8:00am - 5:00pm
- Wednesday 1:00pm - 5:00pm
- Friday 8:00am - 12:00noon
- We close 11:30am - 12:30pm for lunch
Please call (256) 739-4030 and have the following information:
- Your name
- Date of birth
- Medicine being requested
- Pharmacy name and telephone number
- Your telephone number in case questions arise
Payment Policy
For regular office visits, your co-pay, deductible, and/or co-insurance is expected when services are rendered unless prior arrangements have been made. For your convenience, Orthopedic & Sports Medicine Specialists will file your claim on your behalf. Any credits to your account will be promptly refunded.
For surgical procedures we will be glad to discuss fees, but exact amounts cannot be guaranteed because unforeseen circumstances may arise.
Payment Options - we accept cash, personal checks, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and debit cards with Visa or Mastercard logos.
Medical Insurance
We accept most insurance plans, but please note that Health Springs and Medicaid require a referral from your primary care physician.
